Definition: It is a study to investigate the accuracy of the documents and information indicating the financial situation declared by individuals or companies with their explicit consent in order to establish a business relationship with companies abroad. In this context, our financial due diligence studies can be summarized as follows;

•     Market intelligence report for relevant companies/individuals based on the documents obtained from our customer,
•    Interpretation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with the planned business relationship,
•   Investigating any seizures, restrictions, follow-ups and similar situations that may affect the evaluations in the business relationship for the relevant businesses/individuals ,
•   Analysis of cash flows of relevant businesses/individuals subject to the research, consistency in payment balances such as checks, promissory notes, etc.
•    Business transfer/acquisition issues and reported to our customers.

Definition: It is the study of investigating the accuracy of real estate supporting documents declared by individuals or companies with their explicit consent in order to establish a business relationship with companies abroad. To summarize our real estate due diligence studies carried out in this direction;

•    Determining the accuracy of the title deed information registered on the customer based on the real estate status declaration documents obtained from the customer. 
•   Determination of whether there is an annotation or lien on the title deed
•   A study is conducted to determine whether and when the title deeds were acquired through inheritance, sale or donation.

Definition: It is the study of investigating the accuracy of legal status documents declared by individuals or companies with their explicit consent in order to establish a business relationship with companies abroad. To summarize our legal status determination studies carried out in this direction;

•   Whether the person in question has a criminal record based on the criminal status documents obtained from businesses or individuals.
•   Whether there is a lawsuit filed on behalf of businesses or individuals
•   Whether businesses or individuals have ongoing lawsuits and what the subject of the lawsuit is.

Definition: It is the study of investigating the accuracy of the company or person location and address information declared by individuals or companies with their explicit consent in order to establish a business relationship with companies abroad, and the confirmation of the fixed assets, real estate and stocks, if any, stated in the financial statements. In this context, our location determination studies are summarized as follows;

•    The company is at the declared address by going to the location . Photographing if your customer gives permission.
•    Whether the company or workplace is active and photographing it if necessary permission is given
•   On-site viewing and, if permitted, photographing of the fixed assets and real estate specified in the financial statements
•   Studies are carried out to verify the years, number of employees and circulation periods of the machines belonging to the workplace or company that are detected on-site.

The documents presented to our customers are examined in detail by our authorized expert team, taking into account the rules of the "Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)" numbered 6698 of the Republic of Turkey and the international "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" rules. The accuracy of the documents and information is determined from official databases and relevant institutions.
